5 Rhythms Workshop, Lines in the Sand

Dance Workshop at InnerRhythms,
“Lines in the Sand”, with Eugene Hedlund, certified 5 Rhythms™ teacher.

Friday, April 9th, 6:00 p.m. through Sunday, April 11th at 3:30 at the NEW InnerRhythms Dance Studio, 12047 Donner Pass Rd., Truckee CA 96161

This workshop is born of the energy of Staccato. This Rhythm of clarity and expression will guide us as we explore the energies of YES and NO, such simple words with such deep meaning. Together as a tribe of individuals we will dig deeply into our stories to find what unspoken meanings we attach to these words. Through the dance we will each seek our individual language where we may express with exquisite clarity our YES and NO from that centered, powerful place of truth.

No experience of the 5 Rhythms or dance is necessary. All that is required is an open heart, curiosity, a sense of humor and much compassion, particularly for ourselves.

Cost: $195 before 3/26, $225 after.

We are so Blessed to have Eugene as our 5 Rhythms teacher! Please join us for this amazing workshop at our NEW InnerRhythms Studio, on the beautiful 1,400 sq. ft. dance floor! It will be transformative!! Early registration extended through 3/31.
